1.Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide during registration and onboarding (name, contact details, and — depending on your account type — CV or company information), and technical data such as log and device information.
2.How We Use Information
We use your information to operate the Job Market: matching talents with opportunities, enabling recruiters to manage hiring, securing your account, and improving the service.
3.Sharing
Talent profile information is shared with recruiters for recruitment purposes. Company information is shown to relevant users. We do not sell your personal data.
4.Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.
5.Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
6.Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Authentication is handled by the Palm Access identity provider.
7.Cookies and Similar Technologies
Palm Access uses cookies and comparable browser storage. Some are strictly necessary and cannot be switched off, others exist to remember your choices, and one is used for advertising measurement.
- Necessary. Signing in sets three cookies that carry your session. They are the only way the service can tell that a request is yours, and the site cannot keep you signed in without them.
- Preferences. Your interface choices — colour theme, sidebar layout and language — are stored in your browser so that pages render correctly the moment they load, instead of flickering into the right state after.
- Advertising. Palm Access currently runs the Meta Pixel on its website. It is provided by Meta, is used for advertising measurement and audience building, and sets its own identifiers in your browser. It is the only advertising or tracking technology on the platform today.
- Analytics. Palm Access does not currently operate any web analytics or audience-measurement product.
Optional technologies are used only if you allow them. On your first visit a banner lets you accept or refuse them, and the "Manage cookies" link in the site footer reopens a panel where each optional category can be changed individually at any time. Until you make a choice, and if you refuse, nothing optional is used: the Meta Pixel in particular is not placed on the page at all. Your answer is stored in a cookie so we do not have to ask again on every page; see the Cookie Policy for its name and duration.
The technologies we use and the purposes they serve may change. The Cookie Policy at /cookie-policy is the detailed, current list, and it is updated ahead of this section.
8.Changes
We may update this Policy and will indicate the effective date above.
