1.Acceptance of Terms
By creating a PalmAccess account and using the Job Market, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2.Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during onboarding and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
3.Talents
As a Talent, you may create a profile, build a CV, apply to jobs and save opportunities. You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant PalmAccess a licence to display it to recruiters for the purpose of recruitment.
4.Recruiters
As a Recruiter (including companies, agencies, headhunters, staffing partners, NGOs, government institutions, universities and training centres), you may post jobs and use the recruitment tools available to your account type. You agree to use candidate data lawfully and only for legitimate recruitment purposes.
5.Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including posting unlawful content, discriminating unlawfully, scraping data, or attempting to gain unauthorised access.
6.Fees
Some recruiter capabilities may require a paid plan. Talents use the Job Market for free; premium verification is optional.
7.Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8.Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
